No. Your project enters our design queue after payment and intake form submission. Real design work is done by our studio within your selected package's timeline (3–21 business days depending on package).
Timelines begin after both payment is confirmed AND your intake form is fully completed. Incomplete information from your side may delay delivery — please provide all requested details upfront.
After payment, you'll complete an intake form covering: your business name, current website URL, preferred colors, pages needed, services offered, websites you like, logo files (if you have one), and any images you'd like included. The more detail you give, the better the result.
Yes. Revisions are included with every package (1 revision for Starter, up to 5 for Elite). Additional revisions beyond your package limit can be purchased separately. Each revision request is carefully reviewed and implemented by our studio.
No refunds are issued after design work has started. If work has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed. Digital services and custom design work are non-refundable once underway. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Template packages use a professional template as a base — but your colors, text, images, and branding are all customized for your business. Custom packages (Fresh Custom / Elite) start from scratch with a completely original layout designed specifically for you. No reused structure, ever.
Hosting, domains, and paid third-party tools are not included unless specifically stated in your package. We deliver the website files/build — hosting is a separate step that we can advise on.
After placing your order, you'll receive an Order ID. Use the Track Order page (linked in the navigation) to check your project status, time remaining, and delivery updates at any time.
